We are thrilled that you are interested in exhibiting at Great Bear Coffee Roasting. By hanging your art, you acknowledge, understand, and agree that:
Great Bear reserves the right to be the sole determiner of what is appropriate art to display in the café. Please no nudity, profanity, drugs, smoking, controversial subject matter, etc. Art should be appropriate for (most) everyone.
Great Bear does not charge a fee or commission to exhibitors. If your work is for sale, please have potential buyers contact you directly. We recommend using a QR codes or another method for the buyer to pay you directly.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged art. Please know that we do take great care to protect your work, but Great Bear is not responsible and accepts no liability for your art.
Art rotates monthly. Installation is on the first day of the month and take down is on the last day of the month.
Please visit the Bear prior to installation and plan for the exhibit. Bring enough pieces to fill the entire wall. The wall looks best with a variety of sizes of art as the nails in the brick are not evenly spaced.
Please bring supplies to hang your pieces and please no new holes in brick. Please use existing holes, as there are a lot. We also have rails that some pieces can mounted to.
Please promote your art and Great Bear via social media prior to and during your exhibit month. Please like us on Facebook and tag us on your Facebook and Instagram posts. As we provide a free exhibition space and do not take any commission, we would appreciate it if you supported and promoted our coffee and cafe.
Please check the exhibition calendar to confirm your booking. You are not confirmed until your name is on the line up.
